No one wants to fail. In fact, people go to painful lengths to ensure that every step they take is the right one. However, the world has a different plan for all of us! By no means am I completely disregarding the analysis stage of business formation. That is a critical component in the overall success of the business. However, in a world where you have the ability to elicit instant feedback from your target market, the focus should be on getting whatever you want to build in front of them as soon as possible.
