Interesting series of articles, although I was struck by the “Ideally you should talk them over …”. If the psychometric test is the diagnostic element of an overall personal/performance/organisational improvement process, working through the outcomes with facilitators, coaches etc (accredited in the use of the particular instrument(s)) is surely the critical next step?
