Actually it is not only an accountability issue it may also be an execution issue. If task were given and there is no proper execution then what’s the use. That’s true it is the fault of the leader to oversee that task given must be executed 100% and must be followed up every time.

Definitely agree with you on the matter of proper execution. Without it we could set all the goals and targets we want and achieve very little.
